Carrot, Apple and Dried Cranberry Salad



Ingredients

3 - medium carrots

1 - medium apple*

1/2 cup - sunflower seeds

1/4 cup - dried cranberries

3 tbsp - olive oil

1 tbsp - apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp - orange juice

1/2 tsp - cumin

TT - Herbal Salt

Directions

1. Peel (or scrub under water) the carrots

2. Finely dice the apple (you can peel the apple, if desired)

3. Toast the sunflower seeds ( over medium heat in a dry frying pan, constantly stir for 3-5 minutes)

4. Combine the oil, vinegar, orange juice and cumin and stir until combined

5. Mix everything together and season with the herbal salt
